Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment is taken in advance for our monthly and annually billed services. Once your payment has been received it is not refundable.  Monthly and annually billed services can be cancelled at anytime before the start of the next billing period and payment will not be taken.  Service will continue up to the end of the period for which payment has been made.
